In short: you pay for 3 live evenings of teaching, recordings and materials. The app you build is yours. Recordings and materials are for your own use. We don't promise income or Google Play approval.
LINA Learn is a workshop run by LINA Apps (linaapps.in), owned by Anil Vuyyuru, Kolluru, Andhra Pradesh 522324, India. "We" and "us" mean LINA Apps. "You" means the person who registers.
Your seat is confirmed only after we verify your payment. We then send the session link on WhatsApp. Seats are limited and given in the order payments are verified. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy, including the Day-1 guarantee.
We may need to change a session time for reasons such as illness, power or internet outages. We will tell you on WhatsApp as early as possible, and you can choose a refund or the next batch as described in the Refund Policy.
The app you build and the code written for your own idea belong to you. Our recordings, slides, prompt pack and materials remain the property of LINA Apps. They are licensed to you for personal learning only, and you may not resell, re-upload or share them publicly.
Student portal. Your portal login is for you alone and works on up to 2 devices. Don't share your password, and don't download, screen-record, photograph or copy the course material. Every video and page carries your name and number, and the portal keeps a record of activity. If we find material shared or a login used by others, we may block portal access without a refund.
We teach using tools made by other companies, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Google Antigravity, VS Code and Android Studio. LINA Learn is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. Each tool has its own terms, pricing and usage limits on free plans, which can change at any time. You are responsible for your own accounts with them. Publishing on Google Play requires Google's one-time developer fee and is subject to Google's review.
We teach you a workflow and help you build along. We do not guarantee that your app will be approved on Google Play, that it will earn money, or that you will get a job or clients. Results depend on your effort, idea and circumstances.
Please be respectful. We may remove anyone who harasses others, spams, or shares harmful content, without a refund.
Sessions are recorded for learners. If you turn on your camera or speak, you may appear in the recording. Keep your camera off if you prefer not to.
Our total responsibility to you for anything related to the workshop is limited to the fee you paid. We are not responsible for loss of data, or damage to your device from software you install, so please back up important files before installing developer tools.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over Kolluru, Andhra Pradesh.
