Using this website

  • Use the site lawfully. Don't try to break, overload or copy it, or send spam through our forms.
  • Prices on the site are starting prices. Your project's price is the one in your written quote.
  • Blog articles are general information, not professional, legal or financial advice. We correct errors when we find them.
  • Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Quotes and scope

  • Every project starts with a written quote describing what we will build, the price, the payment schedule and the timeline.
  • A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
  • Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.

Payments

  • Payments follow the schedule in your quote: usually an advance to start, then payments on delivered milestones.
  • Domain, hosting, Google Play and other third-party fees are paid at actual cost and are owned by you.
  • If a payment is more than 15 days late, we may pause work until it is paid. The timeline then moves by the same number of days.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your part

  • Give us the information, content and feedback the project needs, on time.
  • You confirm you have the rights to any logos, text, images or data you give us.
  • You are responsible for your business's legal duties in the finished product, such as your own privacy policy and GST invoicing, unless your quote says we will prepare them.

Ownership of the work

  • When the project is fully paid, you own the source code, designs and accounts made for your project.
  • We keep the right to reuse our general tools, know-how and components that are not specific to your business.
  • We may show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Warranty and support

  • After launch we fix bugs in the agreed features at no extra cost for 60 days.
  • New features, changes to the scope, and problems caused by third-party changes or by changes made by others are not covered. They can be quoted separately or covered by a care plan.
  • We cannot guarantee approval by Google Play or other app stores, search rankings, sales or business results. We follow their published rules and help with any resubmission.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, except where the law does not allow such limits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Ending a project

Either side may end a project by written notice if the other side seriously breaks these terms and doesn't fix it within 15 days. You pay for work done up to that date, and we hand over the work you have paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith. If not resolved, they fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

Changes

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top. The version in force when you accepted your quote applies to that project.
